In the event of an order being placed wrong by the customer (size,color,style etc.), there will be a restocking fee of 20%, and must be in the original condition in which it was received. These returns must be within 14 days. A merchandise credit will be issued. No cash or credit card refunds.
In the case of defective merchandise or errors on our part, customers are allowed thirty (30) days from date of purchase to return the item.
NOTE: We reserve the right to examine and analyze returns to verify possible "defective" merchandise, and determine at our discretion, as to whether a refund is warranted or not based on the condition of the return and circumstances involved.
