ORDERING - Please make sure to measure your pet to help ensure the right fitfor collars. Allow roomfor your pet's comfort when measuring. For harnesses, measure just behindtheir front legs, across the chest and over the back. Ordering and payment is 100% safe and secure.
SHIPPING & HANDLING - Standard UPS ground rates or USPS Priority Mail will apply to all items in the lower 48 United States. Additional fees may be incurred to Alaska and Hawaii. If you require other shipping, please email or call us. We will not ship to PO Boxes, APO or FPO.
SALES TAX - Tax on items purchased in Missouri will be at 8.5%

RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY - We do accept returns and exchanges. Exceptions are on sale, perishable and personalized items. Please contact us by email at support@topdogcollar.com or by phone at 913-302-3292 prior to returning an item so that we may expect it and be able to issue an exchange or store credit. Returns must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. Please return the item/s in the original packaging and in original condition and pre-paid shipping. Shipping and handling are non-refundable.
